"MOTHER"

Me, You, She, Her....
(A General Virtual Assistant)

A woman who gave birth to a child! Of course, we all know how to describe a mother! May she be a biological mother, an adoptive mother, a surrogacy mother, or a stepmother. She'll always be the person who performs the role of bearing some relation to their children.

We all love our mother and we see her in our own special way. We usually label her as our superhero, a best friend, a teacher, a doctor, and everything she could be. Because we admire everything she does for our family. And if she's not around, our home will definitely fall apart.

As I can’t forget when I was a child I always look for my mom, every time I need (or even don't) her or just when she's out of my sight! It made me feel safe and satisfied when she's around. And so as I got older, I had the chance to see everything she did! From the tiniest to the very best thing she could ever give! Amazingly, I proved that she's a great mother. And I want to be like her, definitely!

And when I became a mother, I was too excited to follow in her footsteps, then I literally understood why I appreciate her a lot and even idolized her for doing the best things for us. I finally realized that it is indeed a very tough job where you can't say "NO" and just stop when you felt tired. A job that never asks for any requirements and so it doesn't offer any salary rate. Most especially, no contracts that will indicate the expiration date of you being a mom! (You can agree on it or not! Lol!)

However, being a mom is the best feeling ever! Especially when you see all the sacrifices you made are worth living for.

Yes, I get tired but my children's happiness is the best strength! Yes, I am feeling to quit many times, (both job and motherhood) but my children always remind me why should I keep on standing up and move forward! They are my light whenever it gets dark. They are my hope whenever rejections come my way! Being their mom leads me to be the best person I always want to be! And so, I keep on telling myself that even if I do not go beyond all the things my mother did, I will still make sure that I will be a good mother like her.

Though I admit, there are times I want to give up and feel like I can't do it, I will still and always be grateful for the wonderful things that have happened in my life, (from the material things to unforgettable memories) and for having a loving super-husband and precious children, I always have the courage to go on with the dreams I have developed. And I always thank God for the life I have now.

“A mother’s arms are more comforting than anyone else’s. A mother’s love endures through all. At the end of the day, my most important job is still mom-in-chief.”
